We’re excited to announce that groundbreaking will begin soon for Phase One of our Pioneer Crossings planned community, located in the beautiful east-central Arizona township of Taylor. Our site borders the nearby town of Snowflake, and Show Low is just a few minutes down the road as well. The Pioneer Crossings community will offer affordable residential lots just a few hours drive from the Phoenix area, yet also within short drive-time from Sunrise ski resort, the scenic White Mountains and other attractions. Residential lot sizes of 1/4 acre, 1/3 acre, half acre, and full acre will soon be available.
